This page explains, in plain language, what the Community Engagement Impact Conference 2027 collects through the forms on this site, why each piece of information is collected, and how to reach a person about it.

Who Operates CEIC

CEO Practitioner Network, powered by Tables & Bridges.

CEIC 2027 is hosted by the CEO Practitioner Network and powered by Tables & Bridges. This site is an announcement and interest site. Registration is not open yet, and this site does not take payment.

CEO Practitioner Network membership is a separate service with its own website and its own sign-up. Joining the network is not the same as sharing information with CEIC through the forms here.

What Each Form Collects

Four forms. Four purposes.

Every form on this site is optional. You decide what to share, and each form is used only for the purpose described below.

Get Conference Updates

What it collects: First name, last name, email address, and optionally your role or title, agency or organization, and state.
Why: So the CEIC team can send you confirmed conference and registration updates for CEIC 2027. Role, agency, and state help the team understand who is following the conference.
Email list: This is the only CEIC form that adds you to the conference update list. You are added because you asked to be.

Bring Your Challenge

What it collects: The challenge category, your description of the situation, what you would like help figuring out, whether your scenario may be used anonymously, and optionally your name, role, agency or organization, and email address.
Why: So the CEIC planning team can review real agency challenges while shaping conference content, and follow up with you if you provided an email address.
Email list: Submitting this form does not add you to the conference update list.

Speaker Interest

What it collects: Name, role or title, agency or organization, email address, area of expertise, proposed topic, chosen curriculum track, session description, and optionally speaking experience and a LinkedIn or website address, plus your answers about facilitating The Tables and sharing approved resources.
Why: So the CEIC team can review speaker interest and contact you about your submission.
Email list: Submitting this form does not add you to the conference update list.

Partnership Interest

What it collects: Organization, contact name, email address, product or service category, type of sponsorship interest, desired involvement, and optionally a website, approximate budget range, and notes.
Why: So the CEIC team can review partnership interest and contact you about it.
Email list: Submitting this form does not add you to the conference update list.

How Submissions Are Handled

Where your information goes.

When you submit a form, the information is sent directly from your browser to this site's database, which is hosted on Lovable Cloud and runs on Supabase infrastructure. Each form writes to its own table, and the forms can only add new records, not read existing ones.

Submissions are reviewed by the CEIC planning team. Challenge submissions are not displayed publicly, and a scenario is only used anonymously during the conference if you said yes on the form.

This site does not sell your information and does not use it for advertising. Information is not shared outside the CEIC planning team and the service providers named above, except where the team is required to respond to a legal obligation.

The CEIC team has not set a published retention period for these submissions. If you want your information removed, write to the address below and it will be deleted from the relevant table.

Contact and Requests

Ask a person.

For a privacy question, or to ask what CEIC holds about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, email the CEO Practitioner Network team. Include the form you used and the email address you submitted so your record can be found.

To stop receiving conference updates, email the same address and ask to be removed from the CEIC update list.
