Every attendee completes all four curriculum tracks. There is no choosing between core sessions and no missing the conversation you needed because another session happened at the same time.
Track I
Design the work before you count the work.
Designing community engagement with purpose before the event ever happens. Focus on the problem being addressed, who needs to be involved, what success looks like before the work begins, and how engagement connects to agency and community needs.
Track II
Determine what actually proves impact.
Move beyond activity counts and examine what qualifies as meaningful evidence. Explore attendance, contacts, community feedback, qualitative outcomes, behavior change, partnership development, trust indicators, and how to support claims without overstating impact.
Track III
Build what remains after the event ends.
Focus on the relationships, feedback loops, access points, partnerships, community voice, follow-through, internal alignment, and institutional memory that make trust-building sustainable between events.
Track IV
Move engagement from a unit function to an agency practice.
Examine how community engagement becomes embedded across leadership, policy, budget, training, accountability, reporting, succession, and cross-unit responsibility so the work survives individual champions.
